Michaela is an art director by profession but likes to let her aesthetic eye and creative spirit find room in her spare time as well, preferably with oil painting. She loves to mix colours and textures to create an abstract feel. Her purpose is to convey a feeling rather than a concrete message.

The passion for painting is partly the result of Michaela being inspired by her sister, who is also very creative. Having a huge interest in fashion and interior design, Michaela is also inspired to combine the two worlds in matters of colours and shapes when creating her art. The possibility to enhance an environment by adding the right details, such as paintings, inspires her greatly. Like a puzzle that encourages her to create.
