Payment provider:
When making purchases, personal information is shared with our payment provider. What is shared and saved are the first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. The information is saved in order for the purchase to be completed and to protect the partner from fraud. Our payment providers are Klarna, which offers payment by invoice, card, and bank transfer.
Klarna payment:
Klarna needs contact and order information in order for Klarna to offer and customize its payment methods for you. More information about Klarna can be found here.
Shipping company:
The shipping company needs your information to be able to deliver the order and complete the agreement. The shipping company receives your first name, last name, address details, telephone number, and e-mail address.
IT Partner:
Our platform provider, Jetshop (swedish), needs the same information as us in order for their systems to work.
Marketing:
In order to keep the page customized to visitors' needs, your data is shared with marketing services such as Google and Facebook.
How long will your data be stored?
Most often, we delete your data as soon as there is no longer a purpose for it. We will keep the data longer if we need it for the Accounting Act or other legal obligations.
Your rights regarding personal information
You can always ask for the data we have about you to be deleted unless we have a legal obligation. You have the right to receive an extract of the information we have about you. You also have the right to update the information if, for example, it is incorrect.
