Terms of Purchase
1. Company Information
Designed Posters (R3 Sweden AB, org.nr 556715-8802) is an E-commerce company that sells posters. The company is located at Nils Jakobsgatan 5, 504 30 Borås.
2. Prices and payment
In checkout, you can see the total price with all fees included, VAT, shipping, and payment. The payment methods available are via Klarna, which offers payment by invoice, card, and bank transfer.
3. Klarna's payment options
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, SE-111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options.
Pay within 30 days: Payment time is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms and conditions for paying within 30 days can be found here.
Account: Klarna Account is credit provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to part-pay their purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum 5 EUR) of the total credit amount used or in accordance with the conditions approved at the cash register. In order to offer a set of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact, and order information with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend you read our integrity policy. The use of this data is governed in accordance with applicable data protection law and Klarna's privacy policy.
4. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the date the item has been received. You have the right to open the packaging to take a closer look at the item. The item must be returned unused, in original packaging.
If you use your right of withdrawal, Designed Posters will refund the cost of the product for which you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the return cost.
5. Right of withdrawal does not apply when:
The customer has ordered the product according to their own specific wishes so that the product is customized and differs significantly from other products in the category.
6. Warranties and service
Visible damage on the product can be claimed, as long as the damage has been done before delivery. Both the shipping cost and product will be refunded if damage has been made before delivery has taken place.
7. Privacy Policy
When ordering, you enter your details and also agree that we may use it for our business. You have rights regarding how we use your data under the GDPR law.
8. Cookies
Designed Posters uses cookies under the Electronic Communications Act, 25 July 2003. A cookie is a type of text file that is stored on the computer and contains information for online stores to identify users.
Designed Posters uses cookies, among other things, to keep track of your settings, shopping cart, and previous page visits. This is done to provide you with a better customer experience and support.
9. Deliveries
Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days, and the product is shipped via DHL.
10. Unclaimed package
After delivery, the package is available at the postal service for 14 days. If you do not pick up during that time, the package will be returned to the sender. For packages that are not picked up, you will be charged shipping cost and handling fee, which corresponds to a cost of 15 EUR.
11. Right of return
You always have a 14 day right of return from the day you received your product.
To return the product, you need to email the following to hello@designedposters.com:
– The email address with which the purchase was made
– Order number
– The name of the item you want to return
– Reason for return
When we have received your email, we will send you a return label that you can use to return the item. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense. The shipping costs is to be paid by you.
12. Returns in case of damage to the product
You as the customer can return the product to the sender in case of visible damage that has occurred before delivery of the ordered product. A new product corresponding to the equal amount is then shipped without payment and Designed Posters is responsible for the return and shipping cost.

13. Force Majeur
Something that happens that is outside the control of Designed Posters and cannot be affected by us is referred to as Force Majeur. Designed Posters is then free from all requirements to fulfill contracts.
14. Other
Designed Posters has the right to change prices such as price errors. Designed Posters cannot guarantee that the images are consistent with the true appearance of the products. In the case of expired products, Designed Posters can cancel the purchase and refund prepayments.
