My order
I entered the wrong information – what do I do now?
+If you have filled in incorrect information, please email us as soon as possible at hello@designedposters.com. Then we can try to change the information in time.
I have not received an order confirmation?
+If you placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation, it may be because the confirmation has ended up in your spam folder. If you do not find an order confirmation, it may be because the order has not gone through. Contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicates.
Can I order from you for my company?

Shipping
Can I track my package?
+In your delivery confirmation you will receive a package ID. You can track your parcel on DHL's website by searching your package number or clicking ''Track your delivery'' in the email.
Do you suspect that something happened to your product along the way, or have you not received a package ID? Please contact us with your order number at hello@designedposters.com and we will help you.
Keep in mind that packages that remain with the postal service for over 14 days are then returned to us, and we charge 15 EUR.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do now?
+First, check your package ID on DHL's website. Then we would like you to contact us at hello@designedposters.com, and we will help you further.
How long is the delivery time?
+We aim for you to have your package within 3-7 working days. Sometimes the delivery time may be affected for various reasons, but then we will contact you.
Can I cancel my order?
+Yes. The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the date the item has been received. You have the right to open the packaging to take a closer look at the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging.
If you use your right of withdrawal, Designed Posters will refund the cost of your product; however, you are responsible for the return cost.
Please note:
The right of withdrawal does not apply when you have ordered a product customized to your specific wishes, making it significantly different from other products in our range.
We cannot accept returns of frames in unopened packaging. This also applies to framed posters, as the frame’s packaging is opened during the framing process, making it unsuitable for resale. In such cases, only the poster can be returned.
I have got the wrong product/my product is damaged
+If it is a transport damage, we need a picture of the packaging and a picture of the damage to the poster / frame. If there is no visible damage to the packaging, the transport companies do not approve it and then we cannot make a complaint. If it is the wrong product or a stain, we would also like you to email us a picture on hello@designedposters.com and we will help you from there.
Payment
What payment options do you have??
+You pay through Klarna, where you can choose one of Klarna's options or pay directly with your linked Visa or MasterCard.
If you have problems with your invoice or payment, please contact Klarna's customer service.
Returns
How do I return my product?
+To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@designedposters.com and provide the following information:
The email address used to place the order.
Your order number.
The name of the item you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Please note that returns are at the customer’s own risk and expense. This includes arranging shipping and covering any associated costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund.
How much does a return cost?
+The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, and any return expenses must be covered by the customer.

About the products
What paper do you use?
+The paper we use is a matte 210 gram paper, made from 100% alpha cellulose from Hahnemühle. The paper has a nice smooth surface with a light texture, which provides excellent color reproduction, archive standard, and sharpness. Each poster is also signed with an exclusive embossing in the form of the Designed Posters logo.
Hahnemüle has 400 years of experience in papermaking and is synonymous with high quality. The alpha cellulose, a type of cotton, is acid-free, which means that your poster is not damaged as easily when assembling or fades over time. The paper meets the criteria for the archive paper standard.
Who creates your posters?
+The creators at Designed Posters who work at our parent company, R3 advertising agency. They are a mix of Art Directors, graphic designers, web developers, and photographers who use their skills to create unique motifs. Read more about our various creators Here.
Our posters are available exclusively on Designed Posters.
In what materials are your frames?
+Pine wood available in black and white. For posters.
Oak available in original color and dark oak (walnut color). Made in 100 % solid oak. For posters.
The poster frames are supplied with a 1.5 mm thick unbreakable plexiglass. The back is held in place with twist clips, which makes installation quick and easy. Please note that the plexiglass is coated with a protective film on both sides that must be removed before assembly.
Canvas frame available in black pine and original oak (100 % solid oak), with a thin profile and a distance of 4–5mm between motif and frame. Only offered for our canvas prints.
