    Melina Atterflod

Melina is the art director who learned at an early age that creativity knows no bounds. Her grandfather was both an artist and a photographer - and it is likely that she inherited her creative joy from him. Her creative expression takes many forms, from photography to graphic design, where the latter has become her primary way of creating.

When Melina has to describe her style, she hesitates at first, but eventually lands on one word: playfulness. It all often begins with an inspiring color combination that creates harmony. Then she begins to explore the boundaries. In Melina's work, there is a constant balance between the organized and the irregular. Or as she herself describes it – that there is beauty in the raw and incomplete.

Melina describes her creative process as groping – until she finds the right one. The result is graphic motifs characterized by expressive, undulating shapes that are tied together by a harmonious color palette. The works are always personal and, above all, always playful.
