Andreas Leffler

Andreas is a photographer and art director with extensive professional experience in both fields. When it comes to posters, his interest is predominantly in nature photography, especially images of mountain nature. Many of his photographs are taken from dizzying heights overlooking vast landscapes, but his selection of posters also includes close-up objects and photomontages.

Andreas' interest in photography was formed in high school and he got hooked around the same time that the SLR camera was making a big impact (a time when a large part of the population were self-proclaimed photographers). The interest remained during his education in graphic design and developed as he began working as an art director.

Gradually, the combination of photography and design has proven to be excellent. Andreas moves daily on a fluid scale from photography, to editing, photomontage, layout and pure graphic design.

The main source of inspiration comes from established photographers who have made a name for themselves thanks to their unique sense of both composition and technical craftsmanship. With motifs where the black and white conversion is really crisp or where every nuance feels well thought out. Where the impression is natural, but anyone with a trained eye can see that nothing has been left to chance.
