The picture is photographed from the top of Sierra Leone's highest mountain - Mount Sugarloaf. The photo was taken of the surrounding mountain landscape, with mountains covered in rainforest. To get to the top, you need to hike through dense rainforest and climb wet and slippery cliffs.
